This category is for HR Manager and Head of department who have between 5 and 10 years managerial experience.

The judges will look for evidence of outstanding achievement in handling ordinary as well as extraordinary HR issues, showing creativity, relevance to brief and results. They will also look for evidence of the nominee’s ability and willingness to extend their range of HR skills.

In this category, judges will be looking for those that invest effectively in the development of their people across an entire organisation, in particular via coaching and mentoring. Evidence of its success and the benefit it has brought will score highly, as will evidence of genuine board level commitment to learning and development.

3. Strategies and your approach in solving people management problems and your business sector challenges

4. Judges will consider the scale of your team and service provision, please ensure this is clear, the kind of resource available and the business environment in which your business operates.

5. How has your team strengthened the organisation? Evidence is highly required please provide supporting documents like, metrics, case studies etc.

6. Feedback from customers and clients (Minimum of 3 can be provided) Please provide documents, mails that was exchanged prior to your submission. If the document is to be sourced from your client or customer, it should be addressed to the HR department not the Awards organisers. This could also be from other business unit.
