In 2019 the HR People Magazine Awards will play host to Nigeria’s leading HR professionals - including HR Heads/Directors, CEOs and business leaders. The event, which is a black-tie & formal national attire awards ceremony, will be lavished with gourmet food, wine and premium entertainment. The ceremony will reveal the winner of each coveted award for what will be HR’s biggest and most glamorous night of the year.

Olanrewaju Gregory (Larry J) was born, raised fed and not fed-up of Lagos state. He is a reputable anchor and comedian, whose deliveries are original and undiluted, mixed with pure banter. He has performed for established brands such as Mobil, Oando‎, GTBank, Nigerian Breweries, Diamond Bank, Oracle, and so many other established brands in the cooperate world. He anchors a yearly comedy show tagged “FROM LAGOS TO LONDON”. The show is normally held in London.


Adegboye Damola also known as DazzlingDamola or damolacomedian on the social media is a professional Corporate Compere and Stand Up Comedian. Known for his charismatic personality and his good command of the English language, Damola carries his audiences along with ethical family friendly jokes and interactive activities that makes everyone comfortable and sufficiently entertained all through the course of his delivery.(Damola is on your right hand side)

We would encourage HR Professionals to come along with their spouse or a professional colleague, however, if you decide to attend alone you will not actually be alone. You will be sitting alongside HR professionals and enjoying a night of a lifetime. Just let us know seven days in advance of the awards date. You will be provided a seat on the table with another company.

Premium ticket and Premium Table
Only 10 premium tickets and 3 premium tables are available. You will have the opportunity to sit at a table with the creme de la creme of HR Leaders in Africa, highly placed Government Officials and Business Leaders in Nigeria and Africa. Your table will be located in front of the stage . You will have the chance of a lifetime networking with Business leaders.

Payment must be received 60 to the event. All cancellations must be received in writing 40 days prior to the event or 100% cancellation fee applies. In the event that a registered guest fails to attend substitute guest(s) are welcome within 10 working days prior notice. The event is non-refundable after payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of indication of interest to attend.
